Eva MÃ¥rell-Olsson


has several years of experience in process development supported by technology in the education sector. Her research interest is foremost the innovative use of mobile and wearable technology and how these technologies can enhance teaching and learning. A recent study is about digital didactical designs and how innovative teachers design their teaching with the use of media tablets in one-to-one computing (1:1) classrooms in Sweden. Her research interest is also concerning gamification in education with the support of emergent technologies  and another part of her research concerns wearable technology and, more specifically, how Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) can be used in various fields and disciplines. She is also conducting the project “The World’s Smartest Dental Clinic - Digital Transformation of Dental Healthcare”.
