Martin Wolpers

holds a PhD in electrical engineering and information technology from the Leibnitz University Hannover. He is leading the group “Context and Attention for Personalized Learning Environments” at Fraunhofer-Institute for Applied Information Technology FIT, dealing with trend and user-goal identification from contextualized attention metadata streams and the use of technology for educational purposes in the broader sense. Some of his stronger engagements in research projects are the project coordinator positions of the FP7 ICT IP ROLE and the EC eContent+ project MACE.
